Shipping costs vary by country. Customs duties or local taxes may be levied according to the regulations in force in the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the carrier.

In general, we estimate a delivery time of one week for metropolitan France, one to two weeks for Europe, and up to 20 days for international destinations and French overseas territories. Beyond these timeframes, if your package has still not arrived, please contact our customer service team via the dedicated form.

We accept payments via credit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as PayPal. For installment payments, we offer the option to pay in 3 or 4 interest-free installments via PayPal or Alma.

Products purchased on our official website can only be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they have not been used or opened and are in their original packaging.

The order must be returned in its entirety, including any complimentary gifts, to be eligible for a refund.
